Join us for a special community screening of Regenerating Australia – the latest film from Damon Gameau, the award-winning director of 2040 and That Sugar Film.
A hopeful look at all that can be done to transition to a fairer, cleaner, more community focused economy by the year 2030. ‘This is a new story for our nation: a story of empowerment. A story of solutions. A story of regeneration’
Light dinner will be served from 6pm. At 7pm, there will be a Welcome to Country, followed by the film screening, a panel of guest speakers and time for questions and discussions about community-focused solutions for the climate crisis.
This is a free, family friendly event hosted by CARYA (Climate Adaptation Requires Youth Action – a Banksia Gardens initiative) and HCAN (Hume Climate Action Now).
