Banksia Gardens has a strong commitment to supporting unpaid carers in our community. In 2024 we hosted a 10-Week Carers program for local people requiring respite from caring duties. Funded by Carers Victoria, ‘Caring for Hume’ provided an opportunity for carers to meet, socialise, share information and participate in recreational activities
